Which swimwear color is best for you?

Ladies, nobody’s body is perfect but you can use colors to your advantage when shopping for the perfect swimwear.  The right use of colors is a very powerful way to help you highlight your assets and create illusions.

Bright color tones (i.e. white, neons, and some light colors) will cause that area of the body to be emphasized and provide the illusion of more volume whereas darker tones (i.e. black, brown, deep purples, etc) visually recede or slim and deflect focus away from that area.  Lighter colors act similar to bright colors (just less bold) by creating fullness.

If you are mixing a color, which has become very popular in swimwear lately, be sure to wear the darker color on the part of your body you would like to minimize.   

Cool colored swimwear (i.e. blues, greens, some purples) can be slimming and provide a great contrast against tanned skin.  Cool colors also compliment blue or green eyes. Warm colors like yellow, orange, and red can help warm the skin color and compliment brown eyes.

Single in the City Bachelor & Bachelorette Auction was a blast!

Last night was a blast. Ill admit I was nervous but I rationalized at worse it would be only 2 minutes of nervousness.

All of the other bachelor/ettes were a pleasure to meet!

I was the 3rd to get auctioned off and the first of the women.  It all went so quickly; the MC said a couple things about me and the next thing I knew I was seeing 6 paddles in the air.

 I want to thank everyone that was there to support not only ME, but also Sinfully Suited, Tyler of Bronze Boutique, the other auctionees, and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.  I was lucky to get great guy that bid on me for my date and I want to thank Tony for his donation!

In the time it takes you to read this email someone new will have been diagnosed with Leukemia and someone else will have died. It is estimated that a new diagnoses occurs every 4 minutes and every 10 minutes someone loses their battle… sadly enough the majority of deaths are children.
